The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 23rd consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 15th till the 17th of May of 2015. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
