The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports informs the interested undergraduate students of the Higher Education Institutions (A.E.I.) of the country, who have been admitted through nationwide General Lyceum (G.E.L.) or Vocational Lyceum (E.P.A.L.) examinations, that from Monday 01 December 2025 until Thursday 04 December 2025 at 14:00 they may submit an online application to participate in the internal mobility program for the spring semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
Each interested student may submit a mobility application to one Higher Education Institution of their choice within the country and may declare up to three first-cycle study programs of the same Institution to which they wish to transfer, in order of preference. The online application must be accompanied by the following supporting documents, which are uploaded to the digital platform under the applicant’s responsibility:
- Copy of academic ID,
- Certificate of studies from the Department/Single-Department School,
- Short curriculum vitae based on the Europass CV template,
- Motivation letter for participation in the internal mobility program, explaining the reasons why they wish to attend educational activities of the specific study programs and to transfer for one academic semester to the particular Higher Education Institution.
The interested student may also submit additional supporting documents if they consider that these may contribute positively to the evaluation of their request (e.g. transcript of records, letters of recommendation from academic staff, copies of degrees, certificates of foreign language proficiency).

To access the corresponding online application, applicants will use the username and password provided to them by the Secretariat of their School or Department for the academic services (e.g., student ID, Eudoxus, etc.) of the Institution in which they are enrolled.
The applications of the interested students and their supporting documents are forwarded electronically to each Higher Education Institution and evaluated by the Assembly of the receiving Department/Single-Department School.
