Case (B):
For students enrolled in first-cycle study programs at HEIs at the time of the enactment of Law 4957/2022 and who had not exceeded the minimum duration of study of their program at the time of the publication of Law 4777/2021 (A’ 25), the calculation of the maximum duration of study according to paragraph 1 of Article 76 is applied from the beginning of the academic year 2021-2022 onwards, as follows:*

Case (C):
Students who were enrolled in first-cycle study programs at HEIs at the time of the enactment of Law 4777/2021 and had exceeded the minimum duration of study of their program are given a period equal to the minimum duration of study, starting from the academic year 2021-2022 onwards, to complete their studies, without the right to extend the duration of study as per paragraph 1 of Article 76.
