Chaos meets creativity at the Komotini Concert Hall for the largest Ideas Event in Thrace
TEDxDUTH returns dynamically on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Komotini Concert Hall, presenting its new theme titled “entroπia”. This year’s event focuses on the creative dimension of chaos, uncertainty as a driving force, and the birth of new ideas emerging from instability.
With a consistent presence since 2018, TEDxDUTH has evolved into one of the most recognizable institutions of youth creativity and innovation in Thrace. Each year it features a diverse lineup of speakers, projects, and activities that attract hundreds of participants from across the region.
This year’s event includes a multilayered experience that goes beyond the structure of a classic conference. Beyond the talks, it will feature artistic appearances and live performances, interactive booths, and experiences that encourage participation and engagement. Finally, there will be surprises and gifts for every attendee.
This year’s lineup includes personalities from the fields of science, technology, art, culture, and social action. Specifically, it will consist of more than 13 speakers, 3 performances, and various discussions. Some of them include:

- Ioanna Pervou – Assistant Professor of Public International Law at DUTH, Visiting Fellow at LSE Health
- Maria Mitsiaki – Associate Professor, Department of Humanities, DUTH

- Alexandros Skouris – PhD Candidate at Rutgers University, UN Youth Delegate of Greece, DUTH Graduate
- Panagiotis Gorezis – Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, AUTH
- Dr. Georgios Pavlidis – Research Director at the Athena Research Center, Senior Member of IEEE
- Christos Karakostidis – Career Consultant
- Vasiliki Stroli – Creative Writing Professor
