The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 27th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 10th till the 12th of May of 2019. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
