The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 22th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 09nd till the 11th of May of 2014. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
